Employee onboarding is easy and fast. To get started, they just need to text “join” to your workforce number. Casi will prompt them to verify your unique workforce ID and then ask for their name and email. The rest of the onboarding process will be seamlessly handled by Casi.

The availability of a dedicated phone number depends on your preference. While Casi does pool workforces in our base packages, we also offer the option for your organization to have a dedicated toll-free or short-code number if desired.

Yes, Casi facilitates two-way communication between approved administrators and employees. These communications are logged indefinitely for compliance purposes. However, two-way communication directly between employees is not supported.
